Having experienced the Rosatti "team" approach, I can't imagine buying or selling any other way. You get three people working for you instead of one. And the service was above and beyond. Stacia and Bill are proactive. They repaired, staged, recommended, checked on things constantly, and communicated continually. We were a crazy ride, buying a house and then changing our minds and buying another. Yet they were nothing less than fully supportive. They handled four transactions for us within a year — two buy, two sell — so we got to see them in various situations. They sold one one house for us in 11 days. Then the market turned, rates skyrocketed, and we put another house on the market in the off-season.
